Just need yourself AND: 2) x1 waitress (female) - serve wine/beers to guests - general drinks support around kitchen/house - support chef where needed. Pay: $ 60/ hour/per person. Will require services from about 6pm to 9pm on Saturday 30th October at a hosted house in Sandy Bay, Hobart. Need someone with some experience in food serving and basic skills in cooking (or plating up) - I will have done all the preparation and most cooking but there are some dishes that would require cooking just before serving (all preparations will be done before and I will be there to assist but I just want to be able to enjoy the party rather than spend time in the kitchen). Free to bring someone to keep company (but I am only hiring one person).
