Looking for photos of the event set up, speaker profile/ corporate team photos , candid guest shots throughout the presentation and also an area set up for the guests to get a professional (but fun) headshot done. Will need a photographer to have a green screen/ suitable backdrop and lighting. An experienced photographer with great camera and decent mounted soft light head to follow the host around for a couple of hours to be directed to get the optimal social images at a Mid-Autumn Corporate Dinner at Crown on Wednesday evening, 18 September. There is a debrief at 6.15 pm with guests arriving from 6.30 pm for pre-function drinks with speeches beginning from 7.10 pm for around 30 minutes.
