I need help serving drinks, serving dinner, clearing plates and washing up. 5pm to 8 or 9 pm, Saturday 16 November, dinner is for 20-25 people. Dinner and street parking pass provided. Please reply with experience and hourly rates.

Hello! I run a small business called Chai Walli. We get many requests to do chai catering work in Sydney. I am looking for someone that is professional, responsible and reliable who can help manage and serve chai at our chai carts. On Sunday 24th November the chai cart will be from 12.30pm-5pm but we need you to work 10.30am until 6pm, with a 30 minute lunch break. This will involve setting up, brewing masala chai, serving the chai, washing/tidying up and creating a fun environment for the guests. I’m hosting a 50th birthday barbecue for 20 people by myself and I’ve suffered a minor sporting injury that’s stopped me from the usual kitchen hand duties: *keep food preparation areas clean clean kitchen equipment and appliances *clean benchtops, floors, ovens and ranges *receive, lift, handle and store food deliveries *retrieve food items as requested by me *assist with food preparation *wash dishes, pots and utensils *ensure working areas are kept clear *throw trash out I will also need help laying tables before guests arrive and gathering used crockery and glassware after lunch to bring it into the kitchen to be rinsed and stacked back into containers for washing offsite. Preferably, I can leave you to brown onions on the stove top. The rest of the cooking will be done by me outside in the garden at the barbecue. Besides me doing the cooking in the garden, two people will be in the garden with me and coming in and out of the kitchen, one of whom is responsible for wine and the other responsible for dessert, which is two birthday cakes.
