We have preordered turkey and ham and need to discuss the required side dishes etc to finalise a 3 course lunch which all expenses will be paid by us so no out of pocket expenses to be incurred. Looking to hear back with prior experience and discuss referrals obtained.We will also require future services as this will be ongoing for other events. Depending on skills we will discuss the amount we will pay but for certainty the amount entered for payment is $400,00 We will short list the responses and respond to those accordingly. We have a dinner party of 4 that should begin from 6pm. We need a private chef to create a tasty and insta worthy 5 or 7 course meal. We looking at a fusion that should include at least tuna ceviche as a course and something Iranian in one of the other courses. Other than that, we are flexible. Chef to bring in own in utensils, we will pay for shopping and ingredients. We might have the plates and cutlery already. Open to discuss.

Looking for a competent someone to help us host afternoon drinks and dinner at a private function in the Blue Mountains. Help would be from 230-730pm but would ask you to arrive 130. So 6 hours total. Tasks include (and we can chat on the day) - helping hosts serve drinks - help heat and serve canapés - help heat (roasting - timings provided) dinner - help with setting up serving of dinner (people will serve selves from a side table so just needs setting up) - help with stacking the dishwasher, ad hoc cleaning of dishes, baking equipment and any other assistance etc You would by no means be expected to do it all alone. We just need some extra hands from someone upbeat with a bit of catering or hosting experience to take charge of the heating and serving process
