Hello! I run a small business called Chai Walli. We get many requests to do chai catering work in Sydney. I am looking for someone that is professional, responsible and reliable who can help manage and serve chai at our chai carts. On Wednesday 27th November the chai cart will be from 6pm-8pm but we need you to work 4pm until 9pm for set up and pack down. This is a small event for 25-30 people so you will need to be solo. This will involve setting up, brewing masala chai, serving the chai, washing/tidying up and creating a fun environment for the guests. I would like you to have an understanding about the culture of Indian chai and be able to drive and have your own car. I will also need to send you all the chai materials like the chai mix, chai brewing pot and stove to brew the chai yourself. I will have a phone call with you on a day that suits you to walk you through what you need to do. Opportunity for ongoing casual work if you are the right fit.
