I’m looking for a private chef (fine dining quality) to come cook for us at a new apartment in Southbank Melbourne CBD. It’s for a surprise birthday. Just for 2. Friday the 27TH. Must be elite & very experienced, seafood, anything Japanese, sashimi as dietary requirements are involved

An experienced photographer with great camera and decent mounted soft light head to follow the host around for a couple of hours to be directed to get the optimal social images at a Mid-Autumn Corporate Dinner at Crown on Wednesday evening, 18 September. There is a debrief at 6.15 pm with guests arriving from 6.30 pm for pre-function drinks with speeches beginning from 7.10 pm for around 30 minutes.

Presentable hostesses required to assist with front of house registration for a Mid-Autumn corporate dinner at Crown Melbourne next Wed evening 18 Sept. Function debriefing at 6 pm sharp. Cocktail attire required. 90 minutes tops. Payment immediately upon completion of shift. Not complicated but pleasant manner critical.

I need someone to manage an event im having in the Sky lounge of my apartment building in south bank. Sky lounge has all facilities required, like a full kitchen etc. Duties Required include, mixing 4 or 5 signature cocktails, Organizing an extra person to assist with filling peoples glasses, tidying up and the general running of the event. Event will be for approx 25-35 people. Finger Food will be supplied by caterer, Alcohol i can organise. looking at starting at around 5 pm through to around 10 pm.
