Hi, we need some help making cocktails for our work Christmas party. We will provide all the alcohol, mixers, equipment, and glassware. What we need from you: - Ability to make margaritas, espresso martinis (we will teach you how to use our coffee machine), and one more cocktail (TBD) - Preferably a fold up table of some kind to work on and something to cover the table - May need to help to just keep your area clean, we have a dishwasher to help out, and patrons will also help clean as we go - 3 hours of your time (4pm to 7pm)

We are a small, not for profit organisation - Sydney Bridge Club. We are planning a Christmas party (cocktail style) for our staff and volunteers on Monday 16th December, 6-9pm. We are anticipating approximately 50 attendees. We are looking for someone to come and arrange our club room for the party, provide and serve food at the party, serve drinks (we will provide the soft drinks and alcoholic beverages) as well as return the club room to its normal state at the end of the evening ready for use the following morning. The club rooms are accessible from 2pm for the purpose of setting up for the party. Our club room has approximately 40 card tables [each with table cloth and bridge equipment] with 2-4 side tables and 4 chairs per table in roughly 4 equal sections. One section will need to be re-arranged to provide space for food service and mingling of party guests. We have 2 fold up 1.8m tables that can be used for the food and drink service. We would like to hire wine glasses for the occasion but have disposable goblets if this is not an option. Paper plates, napkins and cutlery are all available on-site for use. There is a small kitchen on site with a commercial dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers and 1 domestic oven all of which are available for use on the day. Looking for a mixture of hot and cold finger food, a simple sweet offering to finish. Food to be served on a buffet (no need for wait staff to serve) progressively throughout the evening.
