All alcohol to be provided. Happy to pay more for an experienced mixologist that can provide some ingredients, equipment and a cocktail menu.

Role requires supporting the kitchen team: •⁠ unload Vehicle and pack goods into fridges •⁠ maintain a clean kitchen by keeping workstations and equipment clean and sanitised throughout the shift. •⁠ during service assist with basic cooking tasks, such as plating preparation, assembling components of a recipe, and ensuring timely food delivery. •⁠ Handle dishwashing duties efficiently, ensuring all items are properly cleaned, sanitised, and stored. •⁠ Supporting the team by clearing out and packing equipment into vehicle, leaving the clients venue in its original state. Experience in kitchens and attention to detail is preferred. Must be able to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
