We're looking for support to provide catering and serving drinks and food at our engagement party 🥂🥳🎉 Date: Sunday 10 November 2024, 4pm-7pm Guests expected: ~100 people Food: canapés / nibbles, vegan only Location: at home apartment, free parking in street, direct access via lift, use of open plan kitchen including oven, cooktop, microwave, washing basin and 3mx1m benchtop to prepare food, likely interaction with guests 👩‍🍳☺️ Please provide an offer that includes - - 3-5 canapés per person (at least one gluten free option) that can be eaten with hands - sufficient staff to prepare and serve food, keep area clean and presentable - at least one person to prepare and serve drinks, keep them cold (we will provide all alcohol - beer, wine, champagne, gnt and eskis with ice) - all serving equipment (trays, napkins, rubbish bins and bags etc) - no eating utensils (knives/forks) - all glassware for drinks (we have tables to present food / drinks) - likely champagne, wine and water glasses only, others can drink beer from stubbies - preference for food from diverse cultures (indian, japanese, thai, asian fusion, italian, middle eastern etc). Hello! I am looking for a barista to do a private event. I've done a coffee tasting before where we tasted different blends and tasted different things to connect the flavours together. E.g. coffee beans with a dark chocolate profile was paired with dark chocolate to eat to see similarities.
