I have two ceiling fans that need installation in two bedrooms. Neither bedroom (one downstairs one upstairs) has a ceiling crawl space. You should be able to cut into the ceiling, install the hardware to the timber supports then run the wiring in the ceiling and down the wall to where the light switch is. Plan B would be running the wiring along the outside of the ceiling using conduit (it would be visible but if that’s the only option then that’s what has to happen). They are fans only (not fans with lights) and neither has a remote control. Happy if you’d like to inspect first before confirming the job / the price.
Ben was just fabulous - great communication on the day about everything that he was doing, explained what I wasn’t sure about, and helped get the ceiling fan into a tricky location! His work was exceptional, and even vacuumed up afterwards. I’d definitely suggest going to Ben if you need help!
