One of the ceiling fans doesn’t work. The light in the fan still works by the switch on the wall. The fan was used to be controlled by the remote controller,but it doesn’t spin now. It’s seems to be either motor of the fan or signal receiver problems. Remote controller has signal combinations with 4 numbers and I have tried all of them. Remote controller looks good since it can control other room’s fan with specific number combinations. I need someone to help to identify problems. Hope I don’t need to buy a new ceiling fan. If needed, also help me order one online .

I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on). We also have a ceiling fan that has started making a buzzing / rattling sound. Looking for this to be fixed as well.

3 speed ceiling fan. When 1 is selected it is incredibly slow (near useless), 2 is only slightly better while 3 is super fast. We want to see if the 1 and 2 speeds can be increased, possibly by reconnecting wiring for the capacitor or a new capacitor. Note the fan hasn't suddenly broken as it has worked as described above for years. An electrician once looked at it and guessed it was because the fan was 4 speed but the switch on the wall was 3 speed. I am not convinced this is the case

Hi there! I have a ceiling fan that is controlled by a handheld remote, and it only seems to turn on the fan to HIGH. it still works to turn the light on, but not the other speed settings of low and medium. I think its just a linking thing, but not sure. will need an electrican to have a look at it.
