Ceiling Fan was falling down as not fitted to ceiling appropriately. Just requires improved ceiling mounting and reconnect wires.

We have a remote ceiling fan that won't turn off. High speeds work fine but low sounds funny and off will just keep it slowly spinning but with a low humming noise. I am assuming the speed controller is maybe fried. We would like someone to disconnect it (we can only currently turn it off but flipping off the lights circuit), terminate the wires correctly and screw the fan back in. We will then select new fans for the apartment and have them installed at a later date.

A previous Airtasker did a poor job installing a ceiling fan. Instead of securing it properly, he placed a piece of wood and screwed it in, leaving it loose. There is a metal beam available, so the fan needs to be securely mounted to it using a proper bracket or support. The electrical connection is already in place—everything just needs to be connected to the control unit. The job is straightforward: securely mount the fan to the metal beam and complete the wiring.
