32 Down lights and 3 ceiling fans to be installed. One bedroom already has a ceiling fan that is to be replaced and removed from premise. The house is two storeys and all lights and fan to be installed on the top floor. There is plenty of space in the roof to work. All existing lights to be removed from premise. Can be done whenever.
