Electrician Needed Urgently - Bayswater, Perth I’m looking for a reliable and experienced electrician to finish some work on my home today. Unfortunately, the previous electrician hasn’t completed the job and has gone MIA, so I need someone who can step in and sort it out ASAP. Tasks Needed: Complete Installation of External LED Lights They are already Installed with 3 on a sensor but currently always on; need help to get them working correctly. 3 other led's are installed and working but I believe the previous electrician was going to install Smart Switch so they can be dimmed etc (i have this with me, along with some other LED's etc - can discuss cash payment for these once you've had a look) Install Ceiling Fan in Bedroom (replacing old ceiling fan) Potential Installation of Additional LEDs at the Back and one to replace a broken outdoor oyster light - to discuss as I have a few extras so might as well use them. One of our ceiling fan is making a slight noise when increasing the speed. The noise seems to coming from the base of the fan hooked to the ceiling. So likely a rubber washer or something needs to be changed. And it seems like a minor issue. Depending on the service/offer might get you to look at the other fans as well. Fans all come with remotes so no switch for fan required on wall.
