Old ceiling fan died and I tried to replace myself but got stumped with wiring. All the new fans seem to be these smart fans with remotes and LED lights. Hoping someone can rewire or install the new fan that I have. Brace and current wiring in place, new fan in box

I have four (4) remote operated ceiling fans each with a single light (LEDs) that require to be electrically connected. They have been installed (mounted) in 4 separate bedrooms that have not previously had fans, so a clean/new connection is required for 3x fans and the 4th is to use the existing light switch in that room. Each fan is secured into the timber shown in the images included and a hole has been drilled through the timber to enable the fans to be wired up. I need an electrician to install a ceiling fan. I already have the fan. It's a brand new install, so a switch will need to be installed too. I am keen for you to use the existing light fitting. Hopefully it is easy enough to mount inside the ceiling. If for whatever reason you need to get in the roof to run some new cables, then you need to know the crawl space is probably too small. As such, you could do it from the roof by removing tiles.
