I would need a certified electrician to get a new ceiling fan installed in the living room: - location in the middle of the 4 light spots ideally (See photo, but I guess it depends on the position of the frame under the drywall ceiling?) - I provide the fan but I don't know yet if it will have a wireless remote (which I guess simplify the wiring) or a wall remote. => happy to discuss budget for each scenario.

Hi, we have two ceiling fans circa 20 years old each with a light. Swapping them for big ass fans haiku L models. Fans are assembled. Just need them swapped over and wall switches changed from a single light + fan speed controller to just a single switch controlling power to fan. Also have 2 down lights I would like installed to piggy back of tastic units in two bathrooms please. I have new fittings. Standard ceiling heights. Should not need to access roof space as downlights are close to tastic units.

Install 2 indoor ceiling fans in the place of 2 lights. These fans will have remotes. I have had one done previously in both bedrooms and so I'm sure it can be done in the lounge room.

Need to switch out a regular light fitting with a ceiling fan/light. I will source the fan, the wiring, etc. (it's a remote operated model, the one I'm looking at), but I'm not actually sure how to install it, as the pitch of the roof in that section of the crawl space is too small to access (for me anyway - I'm 6'5"). I'm not actually sure there's a way to do this, save by ripping a roof sheet up, because a piece of timber needs to be installed between joists so the fan mount can be attached to something. I'm open to ideas.
