The bonaire evaporated cooling system is unable to be turned on with the remote. Batteries were tried to be replaced and troubleshooted, however not working. Looking for someone to fix the system as it was recently in working condition. Also need a ceiling fan cap which is falling down to be permanently fixed up to the ceiling to avoid showing exposed wires.

We have 2 "IXL Triumph" exhaust fans in separate bathrooms (the type with 2 heat lamps) and we want to replace with simple light with exhaust fan that closes up when fan not operating. Have seen unit at Bunnings but will hold off purchase, should electrician advise better unit for the job. 3rd fan is a hanging 3 blade fan with light that gave out a spark when we were having difficulties changing the globe. Light still works but fun no longer works. Need to know if can be repaired or we simply buy a new hanging fan/light for you to install. Can you please bid on this task, mostly interested in how soon you can look at it and do. I am retired so very flexible on timing.
