Ceiling is approx 4m high so will require tall ladder. Fans are ready to installl/replace. Blinds will require apprix 15 m of cable layed into conduit with jbox to each blind. Cable to be plugged into a new powerpoint (supplied)

Two ceiling fans only operate on fast and slow.

(a) Please replace 1 existing ceiling fan (with light, remote and wall switch). As is, where is, like for like. See attached photo. (b) Please install 2 new ceiling fans, with remote and light. This will replace the existing light fixture in each room. The new set up to be similar to (a). Again, please refer to attached photo. Ceiling height is approx 2.3m and is solid concrete. Needing it completely replaced with a new one before the weather really starts to warm up as it’s my daughter’s room.
