Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in Inner South Melbourne

I would like purchase and installation of a ceiling fan. The ceiling currently has two downlights as show in picture. Can a fan be installed inbetween those two lights. Its a two story town house and this is on the entry ground floor.

Bathroom has a plasterboard ceiling that was added during a renovation beneath the original lathe ceiling. I believe the bathroom fan is venting into the small gap between these two and is not properly dispelling the steam - leading to mould growing around the fan. I need a hole cut in the lathe ceiling and small amount of venting put in to ventilate the fan into the large roof cavity. Access to roof is via a hatch just outside the bathroom. There is a chance there is a ventilation (I can't see it) and something else is causing the issue in which case the task would just be checking and confirming this (I had a look in the ceiling but I can't see it) - will pay agreed amount either way. Can supply materials.

Need a qualified electrician to install ceiling fans in two bedrooms. Will require certificate of compliance upon completion. These bedrooms have had ceiling fans before, so no additional wiring needed etc. There is currently a ceiling light where the fans will go. I have purchased two brand new fans from Beacon Lighting.
