Install ceiling fans in two rooms

Hi! I'm looking for a lovely electrician to install 2 ceiling fans with lights into light fixtures in my apartment (there are other apartments in my complex that have this done including my next door neighbour). One in lounge area the other in bedroom. I have not purchased the fans yet as happy to take your advice. The building is 29-45 Parramatta Road (I am on the inside garden side) I'm looking at buying Bunnings Ashfield https://www.bunnings.com.au/arlec-130cm-white-4-blade-grid-connect-smart-dc-ceiling-fan-with-led-light-and-remote_p0194519 (note don't need it to run through phone just a remote with fan and dimable light that is does the job and is quiet with energy efficiency) I'm in Concord (on the border of Burwood North) - free parking underground easy access super central. Replace existing ceiling fan (new one purchased). Light included, remote control switch. Replace outdoor light (new one purchased). Fix wiring in a light switch. Switch doesn’t stay in “on” position. Don’t know what price to put in request.
