What do fan installers do?

This usually takes less than an hour and involves removing the existing fan, assembling and installing the new fan and connecting the wiring. New connection

I have a new Fanco 56" Smart Eco Silent Deluxe DC Ceiling Fan with CCT LED Light. I also bought an extension pole. The balcony ceiling currently has 2 x sets of halogen lights independently controlled by two separate switches. I ask that a qualified electrician combines those two circuits to be controlled by one switch, and that leaves the other switch to control the new ceiling fan.
