A certified electrician is required to install 5 ceiling fans (replace four lights with 4 ceiling fans also one new ceiling fan). Please note that: There is no existing support timber on the roof, and it will be necessary to install support. All ceiling fans include a light bulb and remote control and I will supply them. Instead of installing timber wood on the roof, it is suggested to use mounting steel support, as depicted in the attached picture. Before accepting your offer, your certification is needed via message to ensure that you are qualified for this job. A formal invoice is required before the installation process begins. I will prepare the following items, which are excluded from your scope of work: mounting steel support (if needed), wall switch (fan + light), ceiling fan, and bulb. The responsibility for the remaining items lies within your scope of work(as wire, tools,...). Flexible installation time, however, needs to be coordinated. I have 5 rooms in my home, each with a ceiling fan + light already installed. Many of these ceiling fans do not work or have various issues, and I want them all replaced with new ceiling fans. I have sourced the 5 replacement ceiling fans from Bunnings, they are Arlec 130cm White 4 Blade Grid Connect Smart DC Ceiling Fan With Remotes. This job should be a straight swap with the 5 existing fans using the same wiring. I don't expect any cutting or running of new wires. The only challenging element is to see if the new ceiling fans can be wired to use the existing fan controller switches in each room.
