It's single story with existing baton lights, I would like them removed and replaced with ceiling fans. I would say there would be timbers in ceiling already, but it may be safe to bring some just in case. Ceiling fan to be installed where there is currently a pendant light. It is a dc fan with an inbuilt light and comes with a remote only, we would also like to install a wall switch if you can provide this as it did not come with one.
