Ceiling fan replacement

I have an electrical wall fan installed. The buttons on the remote control have begun to fade so the supplier sent me a new remote. All I need the receiver properly connected to the fan. (Pic attached) It should be a straightforward and pretty quick. I've attached a photo of the parts for reference.
