Install one DC ceiling fan in ground floor of a two storey home. No physical switch connection needed. Fan can be installed with power extended from always-on line running just couple meters away from the point of installation for smoke alarm.
Did no assessment before accepting the job or before starting the work. After starting started adding issues over issues and increased material and work estimate over ~1000 for a simple fan installation. Finally settled on 750 in total and then only took $125 through airtasker. Did not increase the estimate as he should have via airtasker and gave a bank account detail which was flagged by bank account as fishy. Definitely would not recommend.
