Looking for an electrician to install 3 ceiling fans, 2 bedrooms (3x4m2) and living room. Remote controlled fans. Will be replacing already existing light fittings. Have included photos of the 2 rooms and loving room and existing light fixture.

Install 2 ceiling fans into a gyprock ceiling. You will likely need to reinforce the ceiling to support the fans as they are 35kg each. No need for a switch as I have a remote. I need this done as neat and tidy as possible. I understand a manhole might be required. I would like this done today if possible. I have to install: 1. 2 ceiling fans - it is a direct change from ceiling light sockets, the fans have remotes 2. A kitchen ceiling light - I just want to replace the existing light pendant with a new one I am on the top floor of an apartment building in Redfern (there are three levels).
