Supply and install ceiling fan in 2 room's I live in the veterans village

Installing 2 ceiling fans

Wire up and install new LucciAir Whitehaven Ceiling Fan in our back patio area. We have the fan and it also has a remote. The roof is at an angle so will need some kind of bracket to make it level. Also the Patio roof is attached covering part of our house roof. Hoping its possible to run a conduit around the side of the house the onto the Patio roof. See attached photos.

Remove 1 x bedroom light and replace with 1 x new ceiling fan with light Replace 1 x oyster light Replace 1 x burnt power point

Licensed electrician needed. 3x bedroom fans not working due to remote switches not working. Someone to come out to find out the issue and fix.

We need a ceiling fan installed in our kitchen/ lounge. Remote control operated fan supplied by me. Existing 5 gang light switch / power is available close by. Ceiling fan to be secured to timber joist in ceiling. Joists run perpendicular to windows and contain blocking between joists. Two story home with bedroom above and no access from above. I can sort out reinstatement of plasterboard if you need to drill holes to ceiling to thread cable to new location. I have two ceiling fans with lights (remote control) that I need installed in two bedrooms. There is already existing light fittings where i’d like them to replace.

Install 8x LED 110mm downlights (supplied). 4 will be new install (2 in 2 bedrooms) 4 will be replacements of existing ones in hallway (90mm) Also looking for a quote to uninstall white ceiling fan (and switch) in one of the rooms. Need to replace 2 ceiling fans. The new ones are exactly the same as those being replaced. Simple task of removing pin holding the fan to the support bracket, disconnect two power leads and reattach new. I am 71 years old and do not trust ladders like I used to
