Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in West End

Old remotes are sticky and don't work well. Have purchased two new remotes including receivers. The maker, Ventair, assures me they'll fit. I assume the new receiver needs to be installed in the fan. Remote and receiver paired at factory. Require a licenced electrician and a receipt for the work.

I would like to get a quote on installing an outdoor ceiling fan (to be purchased) for my balcony in apartment unit. The ceiling is concrete and has existing lights.

Fans are four years old (2) fans — run fine but — have always been noisy. Started really clanking recently at all speeds. Most noticeable noise at speed 3 — I think. One of ceiling fan in the living room is not working. When I turn on the fan switch, the ceiling fan doesn’t work. The other ceiling fan in the bed room runs very slowly and every speed level is same. The ceiling fan in the living room ran slowly like the ceiling fan in the bed room.
