Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in West Melbourne

We need a ceiling fan with light and its separate switch to be installed in our living room. We have a step ladder. The ceiling height is 260cm. The nearby wall which has already power outlets and switches for ceiling lights has been ripped off like this (in the photos). Those switches are for neaby ceiling lights and we want the fan just next to one of them. The cables are basically exposed so I guess you don't need to cut the wall very much. in Maribyrnong. Time and date is flexible but sooner is better.
