When turning on ceiling fan barely moves.

We need someone to look at our ceiling fan which no longer works or responds to the remote. Note: there is no wall switch, so potentially requires a new fan altogether. Qualified trades people only

We have a Hunter ceiling fan which works off a wall switch and should support four speeds but is only supporting one.

I bought a new identical remote control that needs to be wired up to the ceiling fan, as the previous one stopped responding. The lightbulb might also need to be changed as I cannot open the ceiling fan on my own (it seems stuck).

The ceiling fan had been wobbly at high speed for several months and I heard a noise like a screw flying off when I was asleep yesterday and ran and turned it off as it sounded unstable. It is partially hanging loose from the ceiling and I need it safely re-secured. Hopefully in the next couple of days. The ceiling isn’t very high but it is a gently slanted roof.
