Remote sensor manages to turn fan light on, yet fan itself won't run. Refer to image for brand and model.

Ceiling fan is making clicking noise when on low setting. Been screwing blades tighter but did not help. Might be the bearing.

Looking for a qualified electrician to take a look at this ceiling fan. It is controlled by remote, and the light and fan no longer respond to the remote. We have had issues in the past with the remote receiver on a different fan of the same type.

Have 2 x Mercator ceilings fans in our unit in Bondi Beach. One remote now controls both fans (and the other doesn't work). I believe the frequency needs to be changed from what I've read online. Almost certain the fans are Alton 1300 Ceiling Fan with Light (FC692134). The remotes are Mercator FRM98 Dimmable LCD RF. We are about to rent our unit this weekend so help needed asap please! The ceiling fan in my bedroom is no longer picking up the remote and consequently won't turn off. It's not the remote itself because that works on other fans in the house when programmed appropriately. I've been told that the remote receiver in the fan is likely faulty but that has not been confirmed. I just need someone to fix the fan whatever the issue.
