Lightly furnished 1 bedroom apartment. The largest items are the queen mattress, fridge, washing machine, 65inch tv. The lounge pulls apart nicely and does not take up a lot of room. It needs to be done in a van that does not exceed 2.3m high due to the carpark. Any larger and there is an exceptionally long walk from the lift and up a spiral making it a nightmare. I would expect 2 trips would be needed based on a Toyota hiace or similar.
