Piano is on ground floor/near front door entrance because that was as far as the removalists were prepared to deliver it to. We need 2 or 3 strong men to move it downstairs to where the music studio will be. The piano is a Yamaha 121 upright, 147 cm long, 121 cm high, by 60 cm wide, weighing around 240kg. Would possibly need a dolly (which we have) and/or straps (which we don't have). The access has to be via the outside garden path - as per the attached photos - because the interior staircase is too tight an angle. The exterior path is solid, with 3 steps at the top, 6 tiered levels to the bottom corner and another 2 or 3 steps into the lower level door.
