Need my storage container cleared out and moved to different location

It's a make shift bedroom photo studio tennis racket storage room. Just need the contents removed as I am converting it to just a bedroom. Happy to pay $35 an hour. Just to be moved just to the library room like five metres away. However the single bed needs probably to be moved downstairs into the basement garage.

I have an injured arm so needing help to lift & move boxes/ suitcases etc. downstairs in to my car ( 4 flights of stairs) as well as putting some metal shelves together. I will also need help clearing out & reorganising a small storage shed in my car park and moving stuff to the onsite rubbish area. All in all, it's a general type of job of getting you to assist me for 2 - 2.5 hours.

Fridge, marble table top, heavy entertainment unit and washing machine and dryer - up two flights of stairs (32 stairs in total) - will need heavy duty trolley. All undercover. Can also park undercover at residence - 2.5m clearance. Is a 2 strong people job and will take max 1 hour, probably less. It’s 5 items.

I need help packing and moving the remaining items from my old house. I planned on doing it myself but I’ve woken up with a pinched nerve in my back—perfect timing :-( There’s only a tiny bit of inside furniture left (kid-sized desk and table, play kitchen, lightweight cane shelves), and pretty much the rest is a cabinet of pots and pans, then a scattering of annoying small stuff that just needs to be shoved in boxes and taken out of there.
