Dispose of EVERYTHING in the apartment including: 2 large shelves, 2 large desks, 1 file cabinet, 1 gas lift bed and mattress, 2 bookshelves, 1 washing machine. Shelves, desks, and bed need to be dismantled to fit through the door. They are bulky and heavy items. (Highlight this for Attention). See photos attached. All rubbish to be disposed off-site, there are no bulky rubbish disposal available in the apartment complex. Has lift access, no stairs. Carpark available for van up to 2m tall, truck parking available on request. DO NOT need to clean or vacuum carpet or mop kitchen floor. NEED to be able to provide TAX INVOICE. Hi , I am looking for someone to move items from a 2nd floor flat (no lift) to the kerbside for a council clean up. A heads up in addition to the 2 flights of stairs to the flat there is a flight of stairs to entry or a ramp. It is approx 20m from building entry to kerb.
