I have dug the stump out of the ground, but he needs to be cut up so I can lift pieces of it into the green bins. They stomp is about 1 m diameter and 1.5 m high so needs large saw. It is fibrous and wet.

Chainsaw 300mm off tree stump (1 cut required quick job) Need a tree stump lowered below deck level, 1 cut approximately 300mm. There’s access below the deck from the back as it’s built on a slope with laneway behind. Shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes, no need to dispose of anything. See photos.
