I’ve just had all my trees cut down in the backyard, but I still have many short stumps left over. I want all the stumps cut down to ground level or even better remove the stumps completely.

I have tree roots from next-door starting to work their way under the sandstone tiles in my garden shed. I need someone to lift up all the sandstone tiles and then once the tree roots are exposed I need you to cut the roots with the chain saw so that we can then put the tiles back and the floor will be even. Probably need to lift about 20 tiles

I've recently purchased a new Ryobi 18 inch 36V battery powered brushless chainsaw. I've filled it with bar and chain oil, tensioned the chain according to factory instructions and let it run for 5 or so mins to make sure the bar and chain are well oiled. The first cut was quite easy but after that even small cuts begin to generate smoke from the bar and there is clearly too much friction occurring i.e. the saw just isn't cutting as you would expect. I assume the chain is sharp enough given it is a new saw. Looking for someone that has a lot of experience with chainsaws that can come over and help me troubleshoot the issue. I suspect either 1) I'm doing something wrong / basic user error, 2) the wood is too tough / the unit I've selected is under-powered for the job, or 3) the unit is not working to spec. I need a deciduous soft wood tree pruned. The tree is approx 5 metres. Pruned back by 3 metres. I usually prune the tree myself with a handsaw however small chainsaw would be preference. Require the branches chopped to a size that will fit in a green bin and left in the yard. I will discard. Decent sized ladder is required. This job needs to be completed by general gardener or handyman. Does not require arborist. Time for job to be completed under 1.5hours for 1 person. I am trying to cut a tree log (as pictured) down to size to make into a base of a coffee table. Unfortunately don’t have the right equipment. This will be a super quick job for the right person with appropriate tools. Need to make two neat level cuts on top and bottom of log to trim this down to size for me. Location Parkside.
