Hey there, I have a IC5500 massage chair from iComfort. The issue I have is my remote only works once after use and then the chair needs to cool down for one week to a month before being able to use again. The massage chair also only does one motion on the back massage setting and that’s it, it can’t be changed either because of the remote not working of course. I assume something is overheating but I’m not the expert here haha. I got in touch with iComfort themselves hoping they had parts but unfortunately they stopped making parts for this model a few years back. This model is quite old however I don’t believe the issue is so bad to the point it needs genuine parts. I also have the PDF file for the manual if you’d like. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon :) Also, in the images, I took them while the chair was still operating after a month of cooling down. After I turned the main switch off on the chair and back on, it goes into malfunction mode like I stated earlier.
