I need a few things fixed in an apartment that is an airbnb (with guests currently staying): - indoor chair needs fixing (a screw is missing) - a light bulb in the bathroom needs replacing (we probably have the globe) - a light in the fan in the bedroom needs replace (we don't have the globe) - the front door - apparently it was loose - mould needs removing from bedroom recess near the windows opposite the bed (see photo). It needs to be treated and maybe repainted. Requires a ladder also. -the sofa needs to be drycleaned with a drycleaning machine -check the dryer- apparently it stops after 10 mins (need to know if I need to get a new one) It's ok if you can't do all, but the more of these you can do, the more likely I'll choose you. Must be done on Friday. Thanks :)

The frame for 2 dining chairs have disconnected at the joint and needs to be welded back together. The re-welded joint needs to be sanded down so that the finishing is smooth so that touch up paint can be applied.
