5 dining chairs. Polyester material on metal frames. We just bought a used set and want to get them cleaned before we use it. The maintenance instructions say that it’s best to shampoo wash, steam wash or dry clean it without removing the seat cover from the chair. I have attached a picture of the chairs (2 different colours) and the recommended cleaning instructions as per the labels in the chair. I have 2x Matt Blatt egg chairs (pictured) They are both not sitting secure in the base. They can’t hold any weight either. Continuously spin without locking tight.Have given it a go at rethreading them before realising it’s going to take more than that and someone who knows what they’re doing. I need them both fixed to securely lock while still making the base removable.
