Need installation of a chandelier in a double height ceiling

I have a ceiling chandelier like in the photos attached. I have a 4.5m or so tall ceiling. I have a problem in that an electrician told me that he wants it to have 4 steel strings instead of 3+1 power cable, so as to make sure it’s structurally sound and won’t snap. So I need someone who is willing to look at that and has an idea how to fix it
