Find a professional chandelier contractor in Sydney

I need an electrician who specializes in chandeliers. There is no power to the stairwell where I need it hung so advice needed for the job before I can proceed.

We have a plaster ceiling rose (10kg) and a pendant chandelier (-8kg) which we need mounted on a. Plaster roof. Electrical Cable already run and currently hanging from ceiling (see pic). A hole has also been cut in the in the floor on the level above to give access to the rafters and wires in the void above where the chandelier is going. We need someone (preferably licensed electrician who is also a handyman/plasterer/carpenter type) to: 1. Mount the rose 2. Mount and wire up the chandelier 3. Re-seal the hole in the floor above where access to the roof void has been given 4. Make sure it’s all neat and tidy.
