I need 2 lights removed and a chandelier installed.

I want to have ceiling lights and chandeliers installed in living room, study, bedrooms and kitchen

We need to take down a chandelier. The old taken-down chandelier can be given for free. The chandelier is in the middle of a circular stairway of 3 floor levels. The top hook can be accessed from the 3rd level floor, with standard floor height of 2.4m. I do not know for certain if it can be taken apart into 3 pieces. From the design, I assume it can, as it has a big round nut at the very bottom, and 3 separate metal tubes.

We have 5 ceiling lights that needs to be changed to chandeliers (all same type and ready to go) The chandleries are super simple.

We have two small chandeliers that require installing onto our ceiling roses. We have a ladder so that's not required.

Un-install chandelier (lightweight) and put original ceiling light back.
