Details: • Cook and serve a 2 or 3-course meal (open to your suggestions!) • Simple, kid-friendly meal for the 2 children • You’ll supply the ingredients, cook on-site, plate and serve • Clean-up of kitchen and cooking area afterwards • Cuisine-wise, we’re open to discuss – Italian, Mediterranean, modern Aussie… open for discussion! We’re after a great meal in a relaxed, fun atmosphere – nothing too formal, just good food and a good time. Budget: Offering $500 all-inclusive (ingredients + prep + cooking + clean-up). Open Fire / Charcoal Cooking Meat & Vegetables Spit cooking experience - Lamb, Pig & Chicken Looking for an experienced even chef (or three) for a 160 person wedding. We are looking to have 3- 4 spits - lamb, pig & chicken - so experience cooking meat on a spit is essential. Vegetables cooked on open fire / BBQ also needed. Cooking / carving will be done on site, in the open (but covered) in front of guests. There will be cold sides prepared by an outside catering company & there will be some bar/wait staff, although, guests will serve themselves, with no set eating time. All meat, vegetables, spit & cooking equipment & necessary supplies will be provided. $65 an hour, negotiable. Willing to discuss compensation for travel.

Seeking private chef (& optional waitress) for a 10-15 person, 3-course lunch on Saturday 14 April, roughly 12pm till 6pm. Happy to change menu based on your strengths. However, our original thoughts is a “simple” Italian / Mediterranean style meal: - a little snack upon arrival, some olives, bruschetta, bread and charcuterie - an entree like a light soup - 3-4x various quality pasta, 2-3x salads (like a burrata and tomato salad, garden salad, etc) - 3-4x cakes which we’ll likely pre-order somewhere. Cocktails like margaritas, espresso martini’s are optional too. We will have the alcohol and cocktail ingredients available. We should discuss a rate for your labour ($100 p/h) and discuss who does the shopping ($500-750)? We’re also open to have your help with the table decoration/set-up (cutlery, plates and linen).
