Private chef to cook Japanese fusion for my wife’s bday

Looking for a fun personality with Cooking/Catering Experience for Large groups for our wedding weekend. Our wedding has all guests (approx 85) people staying onsite at the venue from Friday until Sunday. The wedding day itself is catered for and will not require any support, but we would need support managing the other meals outside the wedding. Most things/meal items will be prepared beforehand, but we will need help setting up and placing out for guests as well as some support on the BBQ or grill. The support that is needed is below: Friday April 4 5pm - help set up grazing board, slow cookers with prepared pulled meats, and pre-prepared salads on plates 6pm-8pm- replenish items where needed. Some tidying, but will be supported by family and friends. Saturday April 5 12-2pm - cut up and lay out sandwich fixings for people to come build their own sandwiches (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, meats etc.) Sunday April 6 9-12(ish) - help cook up a big breakfast including pancakes on the grill, bacon and scrambled eggs. Big grill BBQs are at the venue location to be used. Help set out some cut up fruit, yogurht, granola, breads, etc. Help clean up. We would expect to have you there for the full weekend at a beautiful location right on Sussex inlet. We provide free accomodation from Friday to Sunday for your stay as well as food and drinks throughout. Ideally 1 person, or if preferred can do it with a friend for the weekend.
