1.Exterior high Clerestory windows wood cladding repair to keep it sealed and protected / installing vinyl infill cladding if feasible and cost effective?. The wood seems to be rotten at various places and not well maintained. Also water is leaking from the flashing under the window into the roof cavity. 2.After fixing the windows/cladding, Repair the flashing located under the windows where a water leak has been observed in the roof cavity (Wet timbers, wet plasterboard were evident). Thinking of using Wakaflex Polyisobutylene flashing instead of lead. 3.Inspection of other exterior timber panel/windows for damage and repair if required. 4.Inspection of scotia and window infills and carry out any general maintenance to keep it sealed and protected. 5.The eave lining is in fair condition with areas requiring general maintenance/repairs.
