Hi there, I have had our builder/carpenter build a great 3x4 shed for us, bought from Easyshed! He has all the prefab metal frame up and now it’s onto the sheeting etc. He needs help from a roofing expert, someone who has metal sheet shearers and all the tools necessary to complete it. We are guessing about 1 days work. The shed measures 3x4 and is approximately 3m high at its highest point. Access all around it. We have drawings from the company to follow for construction. All materials are supplied. We just need you and your tools. We are so close to finishing it off but just hitting this snag of not quite having the right tools and enough hands to get it over the line. We are aware that the weather needs to be great to do it. It can be any day you are ready to come. Today, tomorrow, currently Tuesday weather is looking the best. We do need it done asap. Please ask any questions. Thanks for your help!

Prep and Paint exterior facade of house. Front verandah will be completed by the time painting will commence however we would like to get it done before the verandah roof is put on so it’s easier for the painter to complete. The timber cladding on the front of the house is in pretty bad shape in some areas as seen in pictures, so we would like to repair or replace the rotted wood if possible?

Benchtop is currently travertine and is 2060mm x 710mm……cladding needs to go on top of existing bench.

This job involves preparing and re-oiling our outdoor seating, cladding and joinery. The timber is vitex. The coating is a Zobel oil - which I will provide. This product is painted on and then excess is wiped off after circa 20 mins. This process has been done a few times since we installed the timber. It requires a light sand, any prep work and then a re-coating using a brush, followed by wipe down. I have done it myself in the past and it’s a relatively quick process (it took me around 2 hours to do all the seating and joinery last time). Please note some of the timber is showing darkened areas and damage due to lack of oil. I’m looking for someone who is experienced at treating outdoor timber/knows how to prep it for the oil. Any pre-treatment products needed to prepare the timber will need to be supplied by you and included in the price, thanks.
