Scope of work About 30 holes in total ~20 small/medium (fist‑sized) ~8 larger (up to dinner‑plate) 1 horizontal split (~1 m) under a light switch Tasks Cut, brace & patch damaged Gyprock Sand smooth, prime & apply two coats to match existing off‑white/cream Re‑seat the light‑switch plate that’s dangling in one pic Finish level – “looks good at a glance” for open‑home inspections. No need to repaint whole rooms unless blend lines show. Materials – please supply everything (Gyprock, compound, primer, paint, sundries). Access & timing House is in Cranebrook (Penrith area) – easy driveway parking, power & water on site. Flexible access 8 am–6 pm most days. Need it wrapped up by : – sooner the better. Budget guide I’m expecting offers in the $1.5 k – $2.5 k range for a full patch‑and‑paint but hit me with your best price and timeframe. Cladding for staircase wall. Including pictures of what I need vs how it is now.

I need someone to source and install weatherboard cladding. Previously the section of wall was a roller door. Wall has been framed and sealed. Ready for weatherboards to go straight on. Rough sawn pine.

Would live to install timber veneer panels on ceiling in outdoor alfresco and panels indoor.

Install new window ( existing wall is timber with cladding) plus fill exterior wall with timber cladding approximately 1.5m 2 where existing window has been removed

Outdoor tile needs to be procured and fixed. It would involve sealing after fixing the tile as its a corner tile. Also involves painting 1 sq mtr area on the cladding. Would need to find exact paint match. Dont have colour code.

There’s an 14-17mm MDF piece and I’d just like to add another piece to bring it down to the level of the fridge. Just want it flush tbh, whatver the best way to achieve that is. Maybe add another piece of laminated ply/mdf ? Size would be 210mm in height and 9260mm in length

Remove downpipe. Will need a ladder. It’s just one downpipe where air conditioning conduit used to reside. No longer in use house about to be painted and would like that removed ASAP
