The tile cladding is coming off from the sides of the Pillar in front of my house. The Tiles need to be removed first , surface cleaned and sanded & re fix the tiles with a strong adhesive. Please refer to the photos to get some idea around the nature of work involved.

We are a Strata Complex based at Pendle Hill and have 14 units. All of them are single storeyed. We are in need of a trusted roof maintenance professional / handyman experienced in handling roof repair works. Please note, the true cost can only be determined after visiting the site. Feel free to express your interest in the job by roughly sharing your estimated approximation (ballpark figure). Think of the selected bidder as being paid to visit the site, inspect and offer the final quotation. If you are an experienced professional and has handled the following are a list of tasks, you can go through them and express your interest. * Replacement of cracked roof tile (roughly 30 titles across 14 units). They are concrete tiles (refer picture) * Cleaning and providing a rust-free protection layer on roof valleys across the strata complex (total: 200 meters) and then giving them a protective coat of rust shield coat (if you have a better suggestion please feel free to do so when you inspect) * Fixing gable cladding, sagging eaves across few units * Gutter realignment across few units to ensure water drains * Replacement of rusted gutters (in 1 or 2 units) or if the rust damage is superficial, provide them with a rust protection coat and a rust shield coating * Replacement of rotten fascia (barge) boards on few units. This would involve removing the gutter, replacing the section of rotten fascia board and then painting them and placing the gutter back. This is expected across 2 to 3 units. * Each unit has about 16.5 meters of lead flashing. None of the units have reported a leak. To future-proof it, we might need to look at having wakaflex applied to them to protect the units from any lead flashing related cracks & resultant water leaks. I have a Hyundai iload van which has been converted to a campervan with a bed. It needs to be pimped up. The internal walls need cladding with ply or if you have orher ideas I am open for those. Need an experienced carpenter to help with installing plasterboard and fibre cement sheets on internal walls of area 115sqm approximately and ceiling with an approximate area of 27sqm. Plasterboards and fibre cement sheets will be provided. Work will also require the joints between sheets to be sealed and sanded. Work will be across 2 rooms, a kitchen, laundry, living room and hallways. Cornice will need to be installed as well along all the edges between the wall and ceiling with total length of approximately 68m. Cornice will be provided. Internal angle plaster trim to be installed on the corner of plasterboards. We will provide the plaster trim required. Plasterboard size - 3m or 3.6m (length) x 1.2m (width) with 10mm & 13mm thickness for some areas. Plasterboard wet area size - 2.7mx1.2mx13mm Ceiling plasterboard size - 3m x 1.2m 10mm Villaboard Cement Sheet (bathroom & laundry) size - 2400x1200x6mm We will also provide tape, screws, top coat, base coat and metal corner bead.
