Seeking an experienced carpenter to install one side of an exterior Garage wall with cladding, see photo attached. All Materials are onsite.

Need 1.5-3mm Stone Veneer sheets installed in a powder room. (some sections may need mitered finish eg:- niche and shave cabinet) I have 6 x sheets 2400mm x 1200mm. Cuts needed approx. 800mm,706mm,431mm,1200mm,1153.5mm,1153.5m,421mm,1200mm Hight is 2300mm. These will need a matching grout finish for the joins. Sections to cut out as follows. • Shower and controller • Wall Niche • Flush button • Built in shave cabinet. • Vanity hot/cold outlet. Please note the Mirror and the vanity will be installed over the top of the sheeting after it is put up. Adhesives that can be used include Multi-Purpose Construction Adhesive, Polyurethane Adhesive, Polymer Tile Adhesive or Epoxy Based Adhesive. . Location is Brisbane City apartments with parking available with easy access to the lift. Ready to go and will a quote and timeline to complete please.

Paint exterior new cladding, approx 13m x 2 m high, one undercoat and two top coats. Also paint 2 sets of casement windows and one large sash window.

I need the wood cladding removed so that the spa's leak can be fixed. The cladding is held up by two right angle braces of which there appears to be two bolts (four total) bolted to the concrete. Handy person will need drill and larger drill bits. Two of the bolts are a bit rusty.

We need to seal up the downstairs of our house - install & materials. Lowest bid wins, sorry. Just the nature of our bank account unfortunately we can't afford any better. It is 3 out of the 4 walls - the front wall is already brick. We'd like to option of even a thin wrap of insulation where it is not part of the cladding (e.g. some pvc boards). Note, there will be no drilling into the walls (very low risk non-friable, sealed CHR asbestos in existing wall cladding). Use adhesive mounts, mechanical fasteners, surface-mounted brackets or locate the wall studs behind the existing cladding and install the brackets directly onto the studs. Your preference.. It's approx 100sqm of wall space to cover. There is a bathroom on the SE corner. Use appropriate sealants to seal joints and edges, ensuring weatherproofing.

Timber cladding on partial front of house needs a high-pressure wash and then oil applied. We are happy to provide the high-pressure washer and the oil.

There is three , 2 metre lengths of cladding needing to be taken out and replaced with new as a hole is in there from a car tyre The cladding isn’t painted the exact pieces needed is sold at bunnings the same colour I’ve seen.
