It is 3 out of the 4 walls - the front wall is already brick. We'd like to option of even a thin wrap of insulation where it is not part of the cladding (e.g. some pvc boards). Note, there will be no drilling into the walls (very low risk non-friable, sealed CHR asbestos in existing wall cladding). Use adhesive mounts, mechanical fasteners, surface-mounted brackets or locate the wall studs behind the existing cladding and install the brackets directly onto the studs. Your preference.. It's approx 100sqm of wall space to cover. There is a bathroom on the SE corner. Use appropriate sealants to seal joints and edges, ensuring weatherproofing.

Hi, I’m looking for a carpenter/handyman to do some simple timber repairs on a Queenslander cottage. Tasks: 1. Repair and seal the exterior bottom panel of two timber framed windows (single glass pane, doesn’t open). The inside bottom frame also needs replacing. Wood is rotten from water damage. 2. Fill and repair small holes in corner of house on the exterior timber cladding. Old termite damage so timber is frail. Requires backfill of sorts. 3. Repair joints in wooden balustrades on front top porch. All wooden pieces still intact. Some poles have popped out and need securing. Finish all of the above tasks with touch up paint (provided). Airtasker to provide tools and materials other than paint. Airtakser to clean, make good and dispose of all excess material.
