Late October onwards - Cleaning between hours 10-3pm on random days when guests exit, at Airlie Beach: 3bdr apartment, 2 small bathrooms, living room, dining room, including windows sometimes. Linen wash dry and iron offsite. Free parking. Further explanation: I would have to pay via bank transfer, but from there it’s a private payment until someone looks closely. I think the apartment being so small is about 1:15hr to change linen and wipe down/vacuum, handprints wiped off glass. Bedlinen and towels, the cleaner could take home with them, would be three loads through their machine plus maybe 20minutes for covers and slips to be ironed. Then there’s drive time and being on call random days, cleaning in the 10-3 time slot. I’m thinking along the lines of $120-150 per clean including linen. Parking free. Possibly twice a week. I could work it so it never happens on a weekend, making family time more sacred.
