Weekly house cleaning for a single person household who rarely cooks. I have two small pets (cat and small dog, both very friendly). Would like same cleaner every week. House is two-storey but only the lower level is used. All tasks listed below are for lower level which consists of: - Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen (tiled with one rug) - Small laundry and short hallway (tiled) - 1x bedroom with ensuite bathroom (There is also a full bathroom downstairs but I don’t use it and a small study area that’s just a storage area, both only needing monthly basic cleaning) Tasks: Vacuum, occasional mop, dust/wipe surfaces, stack dishwasher, occasional handwashing of dishes, fortnightly bedding change & put used bedding in wash, fortnightly water of about 5 houseplants Upstairs (stairs, landing, 1x bedroom & lounge) will only need monthly vacuum/dusting and occasional bedding change after house guests. I don’t have photos of upstairs but very basic, not much furniture.
